F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions)

All orders are final and may not be exchanged or refunded, unless there are extenuating circumstances. If your product arrives damaged, defective or flawed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. If a refund is requested within the 30-day time frame, we will either refund your account for the purchase price or replace the item in our sole discretion.

To return a product due to order error, damaged or defective product, you must first fill out the Product Return Form below and submit it. One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you via email with instructions regarding your return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return item, the time to process your return and the time to process your refund. We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be based upon your initial method of payment. Shipping and handling is not refundable. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our center. You should expect to receive your replacement item within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

Cancellation of an order must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order notify TKO Marketing Solutions via phone at 317-271-1398 or email at tkoms@tkomarketingsolutions.com. TKO Marketing Solutions reserves the right to levy a $20.00 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
